Comments about KidKraft Uptown Espresso Kitchen:
This is a very nice kitchen set. It was the only set that I could find that looked the like a real modern kitchen. The only issue I have is that some of the silver painted parts (sink, handles) have some scrapes and the tiled backsplash was also scraped. The set appeared to be packaged well, so I'm guessing that these defects occurred at the factory.

This is the best kitchen! I've spent a lot of time researching kitchen options for our two year old and this is the best one I found. It's modern and stylish enough to put in our living room, but not so realistic that it doesn't feel like a toy anymore. We like that it's a little larger than the plastic kitchens so our daughter will be able to play with it for a few more years. She's only two and already towers over the plastic one we had before.
The chalk board on the freezer door is her favorite part. My favorit part is the faux glass tile backsplash.
The only downside is that it doesn't make any noises, but we just bought some little appliciances - coffee maker and blender to go with it.
