Asterix and Obelix, the Gaulish heroes of Rene Goscinny's long-running graphic album series, are inseparable, and when Attakus launches their line of high-quality Asterix Mini-Busts, where Asterix goes so too much Obelix. Obelix, with his simple, childlike ways, isn't fat; he just has a powerful physique, and this sculpt brings that to life with a 7 3/4" tall mini-bust that stands, like the menhir that Obelix often carries about his Gaulish village, atop a base that resembles chiseled granite. Part of Attakus' Petibonum Collection and limited to 3,500 pieces worldwide, Obleix is made of resin. Each statue comes numbered with a Certificate of Authenticity.
